Are your products authentic?

Absolutely! We source all of our items directly from the manufacturer and only sell officially licensed products.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

If you're able to add it to cart, it's in stock! If it's sold out, you'll only see the option to sign up to be notified via email when it comes back in stock.

The item I want is sold out. When will you get more?

We usually don't have ETAs on when we might be restocking an item. We highly recommend that you sign up for the back-in-stock email notification.

I don't see what I'm looking for. Can you special order it?

If it's not on our website, then we don't carry it and are unable to special order it for you. Sorry!

Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

No, we do not.

Can I ship this to someone else?

Yes, you may enter a different shipping address when placing your order.

Do I have to have an account to place an order?

You will be given the option to checkout as a guest.

How can I make changes to my order or cancel it?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Depend on your order status, we may or may not be able to make changes to it or cancel it.
