Our Shipping Partners

We currently work with FedEx, UPS, and USPS as our shipping partners. Depending on the shipping method you select, your package size, and your location, our shipping department will determine which carrier to use.

Delivery Estimates

All orders are shipped out of our warehouse within 1 business day. From there, Standard Shipping can take up to 5 business days and Two Day Shipping can take up to 2 business days. Warehouse Pick-up orders are typically ready within 1-2 business days. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays do not count as business days.

Tracking and Delivery

All orders are shipped with a tracking number, which is provided to you via email in your Shipping Confirmation email. All shipping methods that we use do not require a signature. It is up to the carrier as to whether or not it is safe to leave the package if no one is there to receive it. If it is deemed unsafe, they will attempt delivery again the next day or leave a notice asking the recipient to retrieve the package. We highly recommend tracking your package online once it has shipped so that you are aware of its status.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable or refused. When this happens, we may not automatically issue a refund. If you do not receive your package within the stated timeframe or your tracking number shows that the package is being sent back to us, please contact us as soon as possible. As noted in our return policy, all undeliverable or refused packages may be subject to a fee. We are unable to reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you still wish to receive your item(s), you will have to place a new order

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, delivery of packages are delayed due to external causes. These external cause may include weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and other situations that are outside of our control. Unfortunately, because we are unable to predict or control these causes, we are unable to prevent them or offer shipping reimbursements when they occur.

International Shipping Options

At this time, we do not support orders from outside of the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.
